I was disappointed when Wild Rocket's signature burger wasn't available for dinner during my visit on my birthday. Good riddance it wasn't long before my long-awaited insatiability is satisfied. After a long 3-hour walk from MacRitchie Reservoir to HSBC TreeTop and ALL THE WAY to Bukit Timah (!), a reward for the tummy is necessary.

Funky Interior

Being the first customers around at Relish, The Crazy Boyfriend and I had a bit more attention from the sweet-smiling servers. Bliss is having a wonderful breakfast on a lazy Sunday with softly piped-in jazz and sharing a good chocolate milkshake with the one who is so crazy over you. Hahaha I guess I can get used to that.

Relish, by Wild Rocket, boasts gourmet burgers and is nestled in the midst of the upmarket Bukit Timah District (next to Serene Centre). Amongst a myriad of gourmet burgers, I had to settle for one - that would be its signature Wild Rocket Beef Burger.

Chocolate Cointreau

The chocolate cointreau is so thick and rich that even I had trouble finishing the entire glass. It's awesome nonetheless. The ice was blended so finely I felt like I'm drinking melted chocolate ice cream *slurp!*. No wonder the blending machine was making so much noise for such a long time.

Two thumbs up! One of the most satisfying burgers I've ever had. I said 'one of the most...' because the best burger me has eaten is The Nikko Burger I had 2 years ago at The Nikko Business Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
