The content of this belated birthday gift is of no surprise; I managed to grill the answers from Mr. X way way before.

In fact there was a little anti-climax when he tried to entice my curiosity.

(When he first said 'leather' I thought it was Miu Miu!)

Never mind, because I've already 'taught' him to properly build a climax if he wants to surprise me again. He should try feeding me the keywords in this particular order: 'book' 'complete collection' 'sherlock holmes' 'gold' 'leather'

That would make more sense! Hahaha

But anyway, the revelation of the book right before my eyes still makes me kinda delighted. As much as I thought I would be cool when I unwrap the gift, I couldn't help but squealed a little.

I don't have to explain how huge a fan I am of Arthur Conan's works.
