Shades of Purple
Cheesecake Espuma
But more like an excuse of me to get more people hooked on 2am : Dessert Bar. Well, you probably had seen through my ploy already. ;)
We had the Cheese Espuma which was delightfully easy on our after-dinner tummies. Of course, my first choice of order was Chocolate H2O. The girls enjoyed Shades of Purple too - purple potato foam, blueberry sorbet, lavender marshmallows and cassis jelly. Sounds yummy eh?
Chef Janice was so sweet to come over to our table and asked who the birthday girl was (none other than Christina). I envy Chef Janice of her talent which is now put to good use. I should have gone for baking class eh? Hah!
